Individual sessions typically last about 2 to 4 hours, but they may take a little longer depending on technical issues related to installing a new operating system on the phone. Every phone is different… So please set aside a full half-day.

👉 Good to know:
– You will be provided with instructions on how to prepare for the installation (transferring contacts, passwords, compatibility, limitations, etc.)
– You must back up all your phone data beforehand, as everything will be erased.
– The learning curve for using a new operating system isn’t steep. The systems I install are very similar to what you’re used to.
– The alternative apps I recommend and use are very easy to get the hang of and fully meet users’ needs.

💸 Price:
– The price varies depending on the type of installation and the duration.

We therefore offer a flexible pricing structure:
– Starting at 150.-* for a quick installation and minimal support.
– Up to 480.-* for a slower installation and full support.

You decide what a fair price is based on your budget and the work performed.

*Price does not include travel expenses (flat rate)

One-on-one support is completely customizable. Here’s what we can include:
– Installing a new operating system on your phone.
– Creating a new email address and forwarding your old one to it.
– Installing alternative apps to the ones you usually use.
– Configuring your apps.
– Improving security (password manager, 2FA, best practices & digital hygiene…)
– Optional: Installation and setup of Linux on your computer.
